These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the abt99 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). abt99 is committed to providing a safe, responsible and trustworthy online gaming environment for players in Bangladesh.

abt99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account by a third party, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by a fault in our security systems.

4.1 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. We may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager the total bonus amount 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — the bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• abt99's decision is final in all matters related to bonus awards.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• VIP cashback benefits apply according to the terms of the relevant VIP tier.

5.3 VIP Program

The abt99 VIP program has 5 levels. As you move to higher levels, you receive more benefits and weekly cashback. The levels are: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, and Diamond — up to 1.0%.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abt99 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Use of bots, automated software or hacking tools.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Any deliberate attempt to abuse the bonus system.
• Registering with false information or identity fraud.
• Betting with or funding an account using third-party funds.
• Exploiting or deliberately taking advantage of technical errors in games.
• Harassing, threatening or attempting to harm other users.

7.1 Game Results

All game results on abt99 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game is conducted in a fair and impartial manner. If you have any complaint about a game result, please contact our support team.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error or system issue, abt99 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet entirely and refund the full amount. This decision is final and binding.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the rules for that bet will be determined according to the specific terms of the relevant market. The same policy applies to all cricket events including IPL, BPL and the T20 World Cup.

All content on the abt99 platform — including logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials — is the intellectual property of abt99 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, publishing or commercially using any part of this content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, etc.) is protected by their own intellectual property rights.

abt99 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is cut short due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to the failure of a third-party service provider.
• If the service is unavailable during unplanned system maintenance.
• If an account suffers loss due to the user's own negligence.
• If a specific service is temporarily suspended due to a change in law.

In any circumstance, abt99's maximum liability will never exceed the user's net deposits over the preceding 30 days.

10.1 Closure at User Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. A self-exclusion option is also available under our Responsible Gaming Policy. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by abt99

abt99 reserves the right to immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.

• Suspicion of money laundering.
